Each year Henley-on-Thames is brought to life by the Royal Regatta, which is undoubtedly the best known Regatta in the world. The Regatta, first held in 1839, is a unique rowing event offering 250 world class races over 5 days. Founded in 1839, it is famous both as a great sporting occasion and as a social event. People travel from all over the world to attend, either as competitors or as spectators.
Ideally situated along the picturesque Buckinghamshire bank of Fawley Meadows, you will enjoy an enticing array of features including views of the racing, a river boat cruise, private outdoor area and of course hospitality including food and beverages throughout the day, ensuring a memorable occasion for you and your guests.

Day timeline guide
From 10:30 - Guests are welcomed at the main greeting area. Please ensure swing badges are displayed clearly and follow the appropriate signage to the marquee for registration where you will need to quote the company name used at time of the initial booking before being shown to your allocated table.
- 10:45 - Morning coffee and biscuits are available for early arrivals.
- 11.15 - Guests are welcomed at the main greeting area. Please ensure swing badges are displayed clearly and follow the appropriate signage to the marquee for registration where you will need to quote the company name used at time of the initial booking before being shown to your allocated table.
12.0 A welcoming glass of selected Champagne is served.
Complimentary bar of selected beers, wines, 5 mainline spirits, Pimms, Champagne and soft drinks opens.
4 course seated set lunch service will commence, followed by coffee. Afternoon tea is served on sharing stands for the entire table.
Guests are invited to take their final drink. Bar closes and guests depart.
The Fawley Meadows hospitality village closes.
