The Event Book

The Brief

Arch Co wanted a summer party with outside space and inclusive activities to reward staff for their hard work. The event needed to feel fun and engaging without traditional team building.

The Challenge

Finding a central London venue with private outdoor space, wet weather options and capacity for 300 guests while avoiding a corporate feel.

Our Solution

We created a relaxed sports day concept with optional games, global food trucks and branded cocktails. The mix of activity, great food and informal networking delivered a high energy celebration enjoyed by everyone.

Do I need a full-service event management agency?

Yes, if you want your event to be professionally planned, cost-controlled and stress-free.

A full-service event management agency manages every aspect of your event, reducing risk, saving time and ensuring all elements work together seamlessly. This is especially important for corporate events, conferences and large-scale events where multiple suppliers, budgets and timelines are involved.

How much does an event management agency charge?

In London, event management agencies typically charge between 15% and 20% of the overall event budget.

At The Event Book, our fees are transparent and flexible, agreed upfront based on the size, complexity and scope of your event.

Why Use a Full-Service Event Management Agency?

A full-service event management agency manages your event from initial concept through to on-site delivery, acting as one experienced team responsible for every detail.

Using a full-service agency helps you:

  • Save time and internal resource
  • Reduce risk and avoid costly mistakes
  • Control budgets and timelines
  • Ensure suppliers, production and logistics work together seamlessly

This is particularly important for corporate events, conferences and events with 300–500+ guests, where coordination and accountability are critical.
