THE PENINSULA LONDON
The hotel, which will showcase the best of British culture, art, and cuisine as well as The Peninsula’s peerless hospitality, is located at one of the city’s most prestigious addresses. The architecture and design of the completed hotel will reflect the distinctive heritage and grandeur of Belgravia. A stately entrance and colonnaded courtyard lobby will greet arriving guests, as will 190 exquisitely styled guest rooms and suites.
Destination restaurants will tempt visitors to taste new dishes and savour familiar fare; The Peninsula Spa will provide revitalising wellness and beauty treatments; and a grand ballroom will play host to London’s most glamorous events.
OCEANDIVA
Oceandiva London is a CO2-neutral superyacht for hire, set to open in January 2023. The huge, blank canvas venue will be open for drinks receptions, gala dinners, product launches, conferences, award ceremonies and private celebrations. The crew will shuttle up to 1,500 guests up and down the river during the event, providing stunning views of the London skyline. If this all sounds a little out there, the concept has already seen great success in Oceandiva’s native Netherlands, as well as Belgium and Germany. Smart Group, the UK partner of Oceandiva, is a collection of various hospitality businesses and venues that hosts over 600 events each year. The group focuses on social and environmental impact, making considerable charitable contributions and pledging to be 100% renewable by 2030.
RAFFLES OWO
Set to open in spring 2023, Raffles London at The OWO and The OWO Residences by Raffles will be the brand’s first opening in London Raffles London at The OWO offers the most historic of addresses. Formerly Britain’s historic Old War Office, the iconic Whitehall building was once inhabited by Britain’s most famous statesmen and spies, from Winston Churchill to Ian Fleming, creator of James Bond. In fact, many of the Bond movies had scenes filmed in the building.
The hotel stands on the corner of Whitehall and Horse Guards Avenue. Whitehall, the most majestic of thoroughfares, takes its name from the royal palace that once stood here and The King’s Life Guards still stand guard opposite the hotel every day. For epicureans, nine restaurants and three bars are overseen by world-class chefs, including three unique dining experiences by chef Mauro Colagreco. And for body and mind, a luxurious Guerlain Spa with nine treatment rooms offer traditional beauty therapies, whilst cutting-edge wellness brand, PILLAR will oversee active wellness training and health programmes. ART’OTEL BATTERSEA
Art’otel London Battersea Power Station is London’s hottest new hotel and event venue in the heart of an iconic new neighbourhood. Fusing art, design and hospitality, art’otel features 6 creative meeting and event spaces for up to 250, alongside a stunning rooftop pool, bar and restaurant for up to 350. Situated just a 2 minute walk from the Battersea Power Station Zone 1 underground station on the Northern Line, and 10 minutes from Vauxhall Station, the hotel is perfectly placed to put our guests at the heart of the action

It can hold 120 people standing and the Cupola will hold a private dining room space that will serve feasting menus. the Dome can be reserved for private dinners
The Bar at Wagtail runs over the rooftop terrace, will have 360 views over the City and a drinks list by Angelos Bafas, previously of Aqua, alongside a small plates menu. Downstairs from that (but also with great views) will be The Restaurant and Terrace at Wagtail where Executive Chef, Phil Kearsey (ex-Corrigan’s Mayfair) will be showcasing a seasonal menu.
VAGABOND SHOREDITCH

This venue has capacities for up to 75 for a reception on the rooftop bar, or 140 guests for full venue hire
This new addition to Vagabond’s collection is quite the catch, with over 100 different wines to choose from you really are spoilt for choice. With a rooftop garden bar you can enjoy your wine in a more relaxed setting. Vagabonds also have the opportunities for smaller more intimate wine tasting events, perfect for you and your team to unwind after a long day at work.

This brand new renovation has transformed the old Royal College building into an amazing events space. One side of the building has meeting room spaces with state of the art technology and views of St Pauls and The Shard. The other side has a large dining events space with a smaller more intimate space behind. With the grade two listing on this side of the building, it still has a lot of its original features, giving it character.
The largest space can hold up to 300 guests for receptions and 180 seated for dinner.
Ivy Asia Mayfair
Expect to dine amongst its synonymous garden-inspired look and feel, with flowers lining the ceilings and walls, neatly-shaped trees and regal sculptures of exotic birds. The rule for the interiors really comes down to a ‘more is more’ mantra, where clashing colours and patterns somehow come together to create a unique and stylish space. From the menu’s a la carte offering, inspired by the cuisine
spanning the continent of Asia, you might like to start with a selection of sushi and sashimi to get the tastebuds going, before tucking into a range of its small and large sharing plates.
The drinks are just as wide-ranging and eclectic. Take your pick from a list of sake, whisky, beer and specialty Asian tea. You’ll find Chinese Baijiu, meaning ‘white liquor’, made from a blend of sorghum, wheat, rice, sticky rice, and corn. While the cocktail list features creations such as Shikoku Spritz (Roku Gin, Lanique Rose Petal Liqueur, aloe vera, soda and Prosecco) and Beijing Sling (Wyborowa Vodka, Umeshu Plum Sake, jasmine, vanilla, lime, apple juice and plum bitters).
The Reveller, Tower of London
