The Event Book

The Brief

To create a special and memorable gala dinner for 150 senior guests following a large conference programme. The evening needed to feel exclusive and reflective of the iconic Tate Britain setting.

The Challenge

As the Tate is open to the public, we had only 60 minutes from closing to transform Gallery 9 into a premium dining space. This required precise logistics and additional crew to meet the tight turnaround.

Our Solution

We delivered a flawless transformation with elegant table layouts, stage production and seamless speeches. Each guest received a Harrods hamper on departure, adding a personal luxury touch that elevated the experience.
