The Event Book supported the planning and delivery of Cisco’s ENCAB and NPEC events in Milan from 15–18 June 2026.
With around 200 attendees, the four-day programme combined business meetings at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia with offsite hospitality at D&G Martini and Archivio. Our role brought together the hotel, meeting production, hospitality venues and onsite support, helping the Cisco team manage the programme across several days and locations.

Cisco required support across its main hotel venue, meeting production and offsite experiences.
The programme needed a professional setting for formal discussions, alongside opportunities for attendees to spend time together beyond the meeting room. Each element had to fit the wider schedule, with clear communication between the client, venues and production partners.

For Cisco’s Milan programme, the challenge was keeping the hotel meetings and offsite hospitality connected. Meeting requirements, production arrangements and evening experiences all needed to work within the same programme and agreed budget.
That required attention to the individual details, alongside a clear view of how each part affected the next.
One point of coordination across the programme.
The Event Book worked with Cisco, the hotel and the local venue teams to align the meeting and hospitality arrangements.
Working alongside AV partner Acorn, we coordinated the meeting production with the wider hotel programme. We also coordinated offsite hospitality at D&G Martini and Archivio, giving attendees time to connect in settings beyond the conference room.
Onsite support maintained clear communication between the teams, while the programme was managed within the agreed budget.
